Franchise Selection
Narellan Pools has strict selection criteria that any new franchisee has to meet before they are inducted into the system. Franchisees submit an annual business plan and monthly reports. We're in constant contact with our entire network, working with them to improve our internal systems and the customer experience.
Qualified for the Job!
All Narellan Pools franchisees are fully qualified to carry out the installation of your swimming pool to industry and more importantly, Narellan standards.
New franchisees are provided with training on all aspects of sales, installation and administration. Ongoing training and support are provided by way of an annual conference and several training seminars each year. Narellan franchisees know the importance of OH&S, insurance, local council requirements and Australian Standards.
